Try Canavita for at least 14 days
CBD works gradually. Most customers notice changes between days 7 and 21 — give the product a fair chance.

Email us within 30 days of delivery
Write to contact@eu-canavita.com from the email used at checkout. Include your order number.

We refund — opened bottle or not
We send a prepaid return label. Once your package is on its way back, we process the refund to your original payment method.

About the guarantee
Who is eligible?+
The 30-day satisfaction guarantee is available to all new Canavita customers on their first order. Returning customers are covered by our standard 14-day EU right of withdrawal.
Do I have to ship the bottle back?+
Yes — please return any remaining product (opened or sealed) using the prepaid label we provide. Once we receive it, your refund is issued.
How long does the refund take?+
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3–7 days to appear.
What if my package arrived damaged?+
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged bottle.
Does the guarantee cover bundle deals?+
Yes. Even our 3-for-2 bundles are fully covered. Return any unused bottles for a full refund within 30 days.
